Through working with charities and not-for-profits, I have seen how great delivery – the alignment of strategy with operations – can increase the impact of mission-led work with a clear social value.
I have worked on some fascinating and challenging domains, ranging from financial inclusion, narrative change, voter engagement, and government policy monitoring. My roles been varied too. Whether full-time, part-time or as a pro bono consultant, the have included:
- Product Lead & Founder
- Senior Programme Manager
- Delivery consultant and trainer
Some of the work I have done in the Charity / Not-for-profit sector has been on projects that I set up – you can read about them here.
Matt has a knack for asking the right questions and interpreting our requirements and objectives. Very personable too – I highly recommend working with him.
