The short version
Flow Metrics does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or your Trello board data. Everything is calculated locally in your browser, and any settings you save are stored within your Trello account by Trello's own infrastructure.

What data does Flow Metrics access?
To calculate your flow metrics, the Power-Up reads data from your Trello board via the Trello API. This includes card names, list names, card movement history, and board structure. This data is processed locally in your browser for the duration of your session. It is never sent to our servers, because we do not operate any servers for this Power-Up.
What data does Flow Metrics store?
Flow Metrics does not store personal data. The only information saved between sessions is your chosen settings (such as your selected lists and date range preferences). These are stored using Trello’s own built-in storage, within your Trello account, and are subject to Trello’s privacy policy. We do not have independent access to this data.

Feedback form
Flow Metrics includes an optional feedback form, hosted by Google Forms. If you choose to submit feedback, any information you provide, including your name or email address if you include them, will be received by us via Google Forms and used solely to improve the product. Submitting feedback is entirely optional and has no bearing on your use of the Power-Up. Google’s privacy policy applies to data submitted through their forms platform and can be reviewed at policies.google.com/privacy. If you submitted feedback via our Google Form and would like it removed, please contact us at support@mattcm.co.uk and we will action your request promptly.
Third-party services
Flow Metrics runs entirely within the Trello platform. Your board data is governed by Trello’s own privacy policy and terms of service, which you can review at trello.com/privacy. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services within the Power-Up.
Your rights
Because we do not hold any personal data about you through your use of the Power-Up, there is nothing for us to delete, correct, or export on your behalf. If you submitted feedback via our Google Form and would like it removed, please contact us at support@mattcm.co.uk and we will action your request promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above. Given the nature of this Power-Up, we do not anticipate significant changes.
